Hello.
I'm starting to work with DAVID's client code in python for analyzing gene lists, which I downloaded from this link. I'm attempting to classify genes by ENTREZ_GENE_IDs. Functions that seem to fit this purpose are getTermClusterReport and getGeneClusterRepor. I couldn't find information about the parameters of these methods. Is there a link with explanations or examples other than what's found at david.ncifcrf.gov/content.jsp?file=DAVID_WebService.html?
Any help will be welcomed.
