me and my team are having a problem when trying to upload our gene list or background. Once hitting submit the loading bar gets stuck at 20% and never uploads anything, this has been the case since at least 5/3/21. Wondering if other are seeing this issue too?

Hello,
Please upload at least one gene list before uploading your background. This can even be one of the demo lists that DAVID provides on the upload page. After uploading a gene list, you may upload your background list.
