Hi,
I've run a DAVID analysis with a list of E. coli K-12 genes in early December, which worked perfectly fine. I tried to redo the analysis recently, but the exact same gene IDs (uniprot accession) I submitted were not recognized. Is there any issue with the database or could that be my local network problem?
Thank you.

I am facing the same problem posted by Chien resently (Jan 4, 2021). Although we were able to run a DADID analysis with list of Entrez GeneID of E. coli K-12 genes in early October, the same analysis are failed to run for some reason. We tried the same analysis through another web browser and using another PC, the analysis was not proceeded. Could you tell me the way to fix this problem?
Thank you in advance.

Dear Brad,
I confimed that a new analysis using the list of the Entrez Gene ID of E. coli worked perfectly fine. Thank you for your immediate modification.
Best regards, Hideo
