Hi there,
I am trying to run a list of Sunflower genes. I have the id format in XP_#########.#. These can be found in NCBI and converted to LOC########## format. But either of them I could not get any result out of DAVID. Is it just because Sunflower database is not covered by DAVID?
Thanks! Geng

Hi Geng,
I queried the production database and it shows that there are only 132 genes for taxonomy id 4232.
The good news is that we are currently working on an update which contains 83,313 genes. We're hoping to make a beta version with this update available in the beginning of the new year.
Regards, Brad
