In DAVID WS `addList` will return the number of mapped entries while `getListReport` "values" key can be used to retrieve all the entries in the query that got mapped in DAVID.
For large queries `getListReport` will result in a very large object which is undesirable and can lead to crashes.
Is there a better way of retrieving the list of mapped entries? Would it be better to submit a large list in parts and do a `getListReport` after adding each respective part?
Thanks!
Jorge

Hi Jorge,
I apologize for the delay in answering this. Unfortunately, getListReport is the only method for retrieving the mapped entries at this time. Would a list of unmapped ids be useful? The web interface currently provides this so we may be able to integrate it.

Hi Brad,
A list of unmapped ids would work perfectly.
If there is ever anything I can do to help with this just let me know.
Thanks once more for the great support!
Best,
Jorge

Thanks Jorge. I know that we have a function on the web interface to get the unmapped ids, so hopefully it will not be too complicated to add it to the web interface.
