Hello all,
I have noticed when uploading a list of genes for Functional Annotation that it results in more DAVID IDs than there are genes, for example I uploaded 6 monkeypox virus genes and it results in 12 DAVID IDs.
This results in there being more gene entries/counts/hits for a given functional annotation result. I'm sure this would impact the p-values and other enrichments scores as it would think there are more hits in a given annotation. Does anyone know how to prevent this?
