Dear all,
I will kindly appreciate your help with the interpretation of my results. I have obtained p-values = 0 when running a Functional Annotation analysis for GO_CC category. By searching on DAVID documentation I have found that a Fisher Exact p-value equal to 0 represents a perfect enrichment. However I usually represents my results as a bar chart with the top 10 -log10(FDR p-value) of the results. In those cases for which I get a 0 result for the p-value, both Benjamini, Bonferroni and FDR are 0 too.
How should I interpret these p-values = 0? How should I represent these results?
Many thanks in advance.
