I have an application where the same gene can be counted multiple times on both the gene list and the background. Can DAVID handle this or will it just delete duplicates? I am using the Functional Annotation Chart but I see right away that the duplicates are removed by the Gene ID Conversion Tool. If I can manually add the duplicates back, will the Functional Annotation Chart consider them or ignore/delete them?
