I am having some trouble with the background list function and was wondering if you would be able to help.
I have a relatively small list of unigene IDs (~200 or so) that I am looking to upload as a background for a functional annotation test. Previously this has worked without a problem, but now the progress bar at the top seems to get stuck at 20% and the list does not appear. I have tried entering into the text box as well as uploading as a text file, as well as using different browsers, clearing caches, different computers, etc. Interestingly, uploading the same file as a 'gene list' works without a problem.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
