i am pasting a gene list and choose 'oficial gene symbol', and recieve no analysis becouse it says i am not using the correct identifier, but yesterday i uploaded the same list and recieved an analyse.. this is surely the oficial gene symbols. i tried another list that worked yesterday with 'oficial gene symbol' and it doesnt work as well. any idea?
