Hi,
I have been inputting a list of approximately 7000 genes to generate a customised background. However, my colleagues suggested to me that there is a threshold for number of genes (of 3000genes) that will be taken in by DAVID to generate the list. May I know if this is true? If so, what is the maximum number of genes that can be loaded into the background?
