How to get a bar plot with GO terms with DAVID tool

  I  want  to ask you if  it is possible to get (and how ?) a bar plot with GO terms (for upregulated and downregulated genes), like this: doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0015513.g007 using DAVID tool, from an expression file (RNAseq) with all parameters included (genes,expression values,p-values,padj,Log2FC,etc...).

Could you help me, please, with this question?.
