Good afternoon DAVID team,

I have a gene list derived from Illumina Equine SNP70K BeadChip genotyping. I was wondering what the minimum number of genes is required from DAVID, for example, it is possible to analyze a list of 25 genes?

Hi Serena,

DAVID will accept and can annotate any number of genes however, statistical power may be affected with a lower number of genes in some analyses. If your 25 genes are highly and specifically associated with a given annotation, I would expect that you would see that enrichment in DAVID.
