Is it possible to use David to convert the Ensemble genes of my cell lines to gene IDs?

Ensembl genes (i.e. ENSG00000139618) are incorporated into the DAVID Knowledgebase. You would choose "ENSEMBL_GENE_ID" as the id type during upload. Once your Ensembl gene ids are uploaded, you may use the Conversion tool to convert to Entrez Gene id which is the default choice for conversion.
