Dear DAVID,

I am analyzing a gene list using your software. When I use the Functional Annotation Clustering tool, the system does not show the 2D View (green and black "heatmap"). Do you know the reason? If there is a bug, do you know when it is expected to be fixed?

They have two demo lists for user to quickly test the functions. It shows the 2D View works fine.
If you still experiencing the problem you can email your list to DAVID bioinformatics team to get quick response.
