Hello. I have a simple question: is there any way to export the results ( for example functional annotation clustering table) to excel, while keeping the correct rows and columns ( since the name of the go terms are separated by commas, is is not easy doing it using the "text to columns" option in excel).

I think I understand your question. Please let me know If I'm wrong.
To save and open the data in Excel, you need to download (save) the table as .txt file. For that, click on the download button, and after it opens in a separate tab of your browser press 'Ctrl+s' in Windows, and 'Command+s' in Mac. This will save the file as a txt file. Then right click on the .txt file and open it with Excel. If you want it to save as an Excel file, save separately. Hope it helps. Regards, BB
