Hi,

three weeks ago I did the enrichment analyses with DAVID and obtained good results but I cannot replicate them anymore.

Using the same list of genes, the first time DAVID mapped all of them, now it finds only 67% of them

How can I solve this?

Hello Eleonora,

Thank you for sending your list. DAVID seems to load all symbols correctly currently. I suspect that there may have been a database connection issue when you uploaded the last time. When this occurs, DAVID falls back to a file-based system for mapping which may have also experienced issues. Please try uploading your list again and let us know if you still have problems.
