I am wondering if the generated FDR values have been converted into percentages or they represent the true value (i.e. we should filter the results by FDR < 0.05 manually to get the true significant ontologies / pathways etc.).

The current version of DAVID does not present FDR as a percentage (i.e. range is 0-1).

Ok! What would you say is a good cut off, 0.05 or 0.1?
