Hello everyone .
I have generated DESeq2 results for my rna-seq data through illumina basespace. I was wondering on what file i should provide for the gene conversion tool to proceed with my analysis as i'm facing this error.
"You are either not sure which identifier type your list contains, or less than 80% of your list has mapped to your chosen identifier type. Please use the Gene Conversion Tool to determine the identifier type."
Please advise.
